Ordering Stage
There are 2 ways to place an order with me:

Order via online
1. You can either place an order with me by filling up the form at this Taiwan OR China Agent Spree (Taobao) here.

Order via email
2. Email us at lovelystarshop@gmail.com for upon completion of your order forms. Please also inform us regarding the mode of collection.

Payment Stage
1. Please pay within 3 days after the sending your completed order forms. You do not need to wait for my reply email. I will only reply if you have questions on the ordering.

2. Please send me a payment notification email/MSN massage (Do not leave it in the tag board) – This is very important ~Your payment notification email should contain all these details:

3. Please wait very patiently for my reply emails (I will reply within 48hour after the email was received.)

4. Please add this website to your favorite for frequent updates checks. You may also email us or MSN us for the latest update of your spree.

5. Emails will be sent once the goods have arrived. I will fix the collection method/date/location at our convenience. Should there be any additional shipping charges, I will inform you the additional cost.

6. Please pay the additional shipping during meet-ups or before we arrange to have your items sent to you.

Collection/Delivery Stage

I provide the following delivery methods

• Normal Mail
• Registered Mail
• Self Collection
• Ta-Q-Bin

Normal Mail

Normal Mail will be charged according to the weight of the item + S$1 (Material Fees).

I will not hold any responsibility should the items be lost via normal postage.

I suggest that you opt for registered mail if you are unable to collect it yourself

Registered Mail

A surcharge of $2.24 is applicable for registered services.

Registered Mail will be charged according to the weight of the item + S$1 (Material Fees) + S$2.24 (Registered Mail Surcharge).

We will send your tracking no to you. You can check at the website shown below.

Self Collection

Please allow at least 1 working day for me to prepare your item(s) before coming down for self collection.

Please avoid my dinner time: 7pm – 7.45pm, as I might not be at home during dining time. Hence, it is always a good pratice to inform me of your collection time to prevent wasted trip.
