1. What are the payment methods avaliable?
POSB Internet Banking & ATM transfer. (Account No.:030-84800-4)

2. Do you accept payment from other banks like UOB, SCB or OCBC?
Internet Banking & ATM transfer via UOB Uniplus A/C (Account No.: 358-375-078-7)

3. Is there any exchange & refunds policy?
All items non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
We will personally inspect and ensure the item(s) is/are in tip-top condition before delivery.
We reserve the rights to determine what constitutes as a defective item.

4. Can I cancel my order?
No. We will not entertain any cancellation once the order is confirmed and paid.
Please consider carefully before making any purchase.

5. I have already made payment.  When will my order be processed?
All paid orders will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment.

6. Why is my order delayed?
(i) Payment for the items purchase was not done.
(ii) Wrong Address (Items was sent back)
(iii) Particulars not given correctly.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will only be going post office mailing on every Tuesdays and Fridays. (subjected)Only orders confirmed with payment by 12pm the day before (i.e. Monday 12pm or Thursday 12pm) will be sent with the next day’s batch, any other orders will be sent to next avaliable batch.

How is my item being delivered to me?
You can either self collect your item or we will sent your items via Normal Mail/Registered Mail

What is the difference between normal mail and registered mail?
For normal mail: Items will be sent to your mail box.
For registered mail: the postman will deliver your items to your doorstep.
If no one is around for sign for the package, you will have to pick up
at the post office with the delivery advice card left by the postman
outside your door.

An email will be sent with the tracking no. of your items. In the event there is any lost mail, I will not be responsible for the missing items.

Do I have to pay for normal mail?
Yes, since the delivery cost is not the HIDDEN cost in my items (Big and Bulky items are not entitled for normal mail)

Do I have to pay for registered mail?
Yes. You just need to add S$2.24 to your normal mail charges. I would strongly advise to use Registered Mail to prevent your items to be missing.

Where is your self collection location?
Currently self collection will only be at the place and you must let me know when will you be coming so that you will not waste your trip.

Product discrepancy
Please note that the colors of each item shown may differ slightly from the actual product due to monitor resolutions, etc. We will not accept refund/exchange of goods due to product discrepancy. Nevertheless, we would try to provide the images and description as close to the actual pieces as possible.
